Policies

Most of our products are handmade to order and all sales are final. The items presented by the brand “GOGO SANDALS” are made by skilled craftsmen and since they are made by hand, variations in color and shape are possible. The product photos are as accurate as possible but they cannot ensure a complete similarity with the item shown.

Please read the products description really carefully and, if needed feel free to ask for more pictures or information. Most of our shoes are true to size (unless otherwise stated in the description) so we recommend to order the size you are used to wear.

Ordering
All orders are final and you can change or modify your order within the first 48 hours.Our company is not responsible for any incorrect data (name, telephone, shipping address) that customers provide to our system.

Payments
Payments should be made during checkout. All handmade to order products take up to 15-25 days to be sewed.

 

Shipping

All sandals are made to order (we have nothing in stock) and it takes 15-25 days to be produced and will ship at that time.

Countries that we use only Hellenic Post Office registered mail, are:

• Russia
• Iran

Materials
Most of our products are made of leather, a natural material which sometimes might contain irregularities and minor imperfections such as wrinkles, which however add to the uniqueness of your handmade item. Some of our shoes are also made by vegan leather.

We use various materials to decorate our shoes (which are hand sewn) such as semiprecious stones, shells, pearls, feathers, various motifs, friendship straps and Swarovski crystals most of which are sewn by hand.
